• 5DT Assessment Data: We collect your answers to the questionnaire to generate your dimensional profile.
• Team Diagnostics Data: We collect your team's primary goal, your selected priorities (Speed, Quality, Cost), and your answers to the diagnostics questionnaire to generate a Team Scorecard.
• Problem Solver Data: We collect your email address and the description of the problem you submit to generate a personalized action plan.
• Pilot Program Application Data: We collect your name, email, team size, and your reason for applying to evaluate your application.

We do not use third-party analytics services like Google Analytics at this time. If this changes, we will update this policy.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To generate your personalized 5DT profile or Team Diagnostics Scorecard.
• To generate a personalized AI-powered action plan and email it to you.
• To process and manage applications for our pilot program.
• To send you updates and marketing communications if you subscribe to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the accuracy and functionality of our framework. All data used for this purpose is anonymized, meaning it is not linked to your personal information.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with the following third-party service providers to operate our Service:

• Google: We send your questionnaire responses and problem descriptions to Google's Gemini models to generate AI-powered analyses and action plans.
• Mailchimp: If you subscribe to our mailing list, apply for our pilot, or use the Problem Solver feature, your contact information and related data (like tags and merge fields for your action plan) will be managed through Mailchimp, our email marketing and automation platform.

4. Data Security

We are committed to protecting your data. Our application is hosted on Firebase App Hosting. To comply with European data residency requirements, all of our application servers and data are located and processed within the European Union.

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information. You can also unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
